The privacy of the customer’s personal data is important to Kenzly. Therefore, we consider it necessary to inform our customers about data being collected, the purposes of such collection, requirements for retention and rights related to the processing of the personal data.
If the Customer does not agree with any or all terms of this policy or any possible changes to it, then he/she should immediately close the website and cease using the services provided by Kenzly.
What information do we collect?
In this section, you should note what personal data we collect from users and site visitors. This may include personal data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies.
Personal data is not just created by a user’s interactions with our site. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.
By default, we collect also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection., and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However, some of our plugins may collect personal data. You should see the relevant information below.

When visitors submit Comments, Listing, Ads, Jobs, Courses, Topics, Events, posts and subscribe to free or paid membership on the site we collect the data shown in the form include full name (surname and given name), gender, personal identification code, date of birth, nationality, data concerning whether the Customer is politically exposed, URL of a Portfolio or LinkedIn profile, Social profile, contact postal address, email, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Kenzly has implemented the following Google Analytics features:

We along with third-party vendors, such as Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding Customer interactions with ad impressions, and other ad service functions as they relate to our website.
Customers can set preferences for how Google advertises to them using the Google Ad Settings page. Alternatively, the Customer can opt-out by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page or permanently using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
We use Google Analytics to measure and evaluate access to and traffic on the public area of our website and create user navigation reports for our website administrators.
We take measures to protect the technical information collected by our use of Google Analytics. The data collected will only be used on a need to know basis to resolve technical issues, administer the website and identify visitor preferences.
In addition to Google Analytics, we are using the following statistics on our site for performance and monitoring:
Affiliate performance statistics – statistics regarding our affiliates
Installer statistics – statistics regarding the number of plugin installations of our products in clients, also includes the site info like PHP version, WordPress version used, etc.
Support statistics – statistics regarding our supporters and clients about how many tickets created, resolved, pending, etc.
Reference sites statistics – statistics regarding our clients reference sites installation.
Compatibility plugin statistics – statistics regarding our clients
compatible/incompatible themes/plugins with our products.
PayPal – we use Paypal as one of our payment processors. During checkout, a client will provide login information and credit card info. This information is processed directly within this gateway payment and we do not save it on our sites.

Where do we store and process personal data?
Kenzly host all data on our servers at Datacenters in Germany, Usa and Estonia.
Kenzly may transfer Customer’s Personal Data to third parties, such as legal and regulatory authorities (e.g. commercial register), accountants, auditors, lawyers and other outside professional advisors; and to companies that provide services to Kenzly (such as banks, IT systems suppliers and support; cloud service provider or other outsourcing providers). Kenzly has taken steps to ensure that these data recipients protect the confidentiality and security of Personal Data, and to ensure that Personal Data is processed only for the provision of services and in compliance with applicable law.
Such third parties may be located in countries outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) whose privacy regulations may differ and which are not subject to adequacy decisions of the European Commission. In those countries, the security of the Personal Data (inc. protection against misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction) may not be ensured as it is secured in the European Union, due to the lack of adequate data protection level.
For example, Kenzly may transfer Customer’s Personal Data to the US, in which case Kenzly shall ensure that the recipient of the Personal Data is certified in accordance to the EU-US Privacy Shield entered by and between the US Department of Commerce and the European Commission. When transferring collected Personal Data outside of the EEA, Kenzly shall ensure the application of the appropriate safeguards. If the Customer wishes to receive a copy, please contact us as instructed below.
How do we secure personal data?
Kenzly will take appropriate legal, organisational, and technical measures to protect Personal Data consistent with applicable privacy and data security laws. Security measures shall be applied in order to protect Personal Data from involuntary or unauthorized processing, disclosure or destruction. Recipients have been made aware that Personal Data may only be used in accordance with the purposes described in this notice.
Customer’s Personal Data is only accessible to authorized persons, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We protect customer data with the following site features:
We are entirely using SSL/HTTPS throughout all our sites. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorization.
Databases are sanitized (actual user personal details are removed) before deploying to development or testing environment.
In case of a data breach, System administrators will immediately go through affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed after informing the user.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Subscriber information is retained in the local database indefinitely for analytic purposes and for future export. Data is retained until requested or user has been deleted.
